We have four sizes of replacement blades available for our electric fillet knives. These fit both our 110V Electric Fillet and the Pro Series EFK. Made of a High Carbon Stainless Steel and chemically bonded with a ti-nitride coating to be extremely corrosion resistant. The serrated edge and opposing bidirectional blades make filleting medium to large size fish an effortless task.
